In addition to running two completely charitable hospitals and an educational institution, Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat (JKP) is also involved in various philanthropic and humanitarian activities. JKP has been assisting and providing relief to the poorer sect of society since its establishment.
Throughout the year, in addition to monetary assistance to the poor, underprivileged and the disadvantaged, many distribution programs are organised by JKP. Distribution of free meals is organised from time to time, including free meals for poor villagers and patients. Hand-driven tricycles, clothing, blankets, along with various other daily essentials are also distributed for free on a regular basis. JKP also contributes to the National Relief Fund to assist the victims of natural calamities.
JKP endeavours to help and support as many individuals and families as possible, who suffer from exceptional circumstances and tragedies, with their specific needs and requirements. JKP also makes constant effort to employ locals for the ongoing construction work and maintenance of the ashrams, hospitals and college with the intent to make a difference to the local economy and reducing poverty rate.
